We shall have a city / state mentor in each city / state to support start ups & MSME's since the local partners will be present to continuously mentor the start ups. Since continuity of contact & flow of information on both sides in critical in mentoring, the city / state mentor shall take care and be the bridge between the start ups and mentor-on-road. The city / state mentor shall also be able to support start ups & MSME's in the local ecosystem and provide them breakthroughs at various levels.
